All payments are final and non-refundable unless a service fails to deliver. Balance deposits cannot be reversed once credited. In case of a failed order, the charged amount is returned to your balance automatically or upon request.

We strive to deliver all orders as described. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We do not guarantee specific results from any social media platform's algorithm.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to promote illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or content that violates any platform's Terms of Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

O8O SMM is not responsible for any account actions taken by social media platforms as a result of using our services. Use at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
